On behalf of the Organizing committee it is my pleasure to inform you that the "3rd National Conference on Infectious Diseases" (3rd NCID) to be held at AIIMS, New Delhi, India on 17th & 18th April, 2010. The aim of the 3rd NCID is to bringing together leading experts to exchange challenging issues in the field of infectious diseases to develop collaboration at the national and international level.

 

Leading speakers from India and abroad are invited to provide practical, cutting-edge information to practicing physicians, public health professionals for prevention, control and management of infectious diseases. In this conference about 400 delegates are expected to attend from all over India and aboard. The conference features various Plenary, Oral and Poster Presentation and has the benefit of publishing accepted abstracts in the National Journal of Infectious Diseases (NJID) - the official publication of Infectious Diseases Society of India (IDSI).

 

Major topics included are current work on Surveillance, Epidemiology, Research, Training, Prevention and Control of emerging infectious diseases in India.
