· NAPM welcomes his resignation and hopes that other guilty politicians & bureaucrats will follow the same.
Subhash Lalla, IAS Officer and the Member, State Human Rights Commission has resigned from his current post of State Human Rights Commission and was directly involved in the Adarsh scam.
NAPM welcomes the resignation by Subhash Lalla and believe s that the other Bureaucrats involved in the scam will follow the same and the buck will not only stop with their resignation only but full action will be taken against the guilty bureaucrats & politicians.
NAPM had filed a complaint on 13th December with the Anti Corruption Bureau demanding registration of FIR against Subhash Lalla & Sushil Kumar Shinde and later a Writ Petition was also filed in the Bombay High Court which is still pending.
Subhash Lalla was Secretary to the Chief Minister when the Adarsh Scandal took place; he favored the society and in turn got flats for his wife & daughter.
