Janhit Manch and Society for fast Justice jointly organise a Seminar cum workshop on consumer laws & on PILs.
 
The Seminar is on this coming saturday- 06.12.2009. Timings- 2.30 pm to 7.30 pm. At Nalanda Hall, The Times Of India Building, Opposite C.S.T. (VT) station.
 
The Times of India has pleased to offer us the Nalanda Hall free of cost.
 
Shri Jehangir Gai, a leading consumer activist and writer will speak on Consumer laws.
 
Advocate Uday Warunjikar, a leading name in PILs in Bombay High Court, will speak on PILs. Mr sandeep Jalan, a law graduate, will also share his little experience and much of theory on PILs.
 
Nevertheless, Mr Bhagwanji Raiyani, the President of Janhit Manch will share his experience while appearing in person at good number of PILs in Bombay High Court.
 
Advocate Shafi Kazi, the President of Society for Fast Justice will also share his wisdom on consumer courts.
 
Participation charges are kept nominal to Rs.100 per participant. There is no participation charges for media personnel.
 
Some informative material on Consumer laws and on PILs will be given to every participant.

First Session will be on Consumer law. Then there will be break of 30 minutes for tea and snacks. The second session will be onPILs.
 
We hope that this workshop will be of good use to every common man to understand about consumer laws and about dimensions of PILs.
