There is a chemical my company uses for the production of Animal Vaccines and Anti-viral drugs called Satisvethane Solut TCA; It was first introduced to our company by an Indian veterinary doctor a few years ago. Satisvethane Solut TCA is most important chemical used in manufacturing of Dolphin Morbillivirus Vaccine (DMV) for bottlenose dolphin. The DMV vaccine consists of the fusion (F) and hem-agglutinin (H) genes of DMV. These pure Satisvethane Solut TCA are very scarce and in high demand here in United Kingdom and the product is not illegal.

 

This material can only be found in India and Fiji only but cheaper in India. My company used to send me to India to buy the material called Satisvethane Solut TCA; Right now I have being promoted to the post of production manager,and due to my recent promotion to a production manager, a new purchasing officer has been assigned to handle the supply of this products. The company cannot send me to India again; they will send the new purchase officer. Our director has asked me for the contact of the local dealer in India, to enable them send the new purchasing manager to India to purchase the product directly from the dealer in India.

 

I want you to act as the dealer. I will present you to the company as the dealer in India where I was purchasing this product. You would now purchase the products from the dealer who I used to buy from, and supply to our company with your as the direct dealer. The profit would be shared between you and I. This business is very lucrative and it is continuous. After purchase from original seller you would sell to our new purchasing manager, then we share the profit. You are entitled to a higher share of the profit as the facilitator; 70% for you and 30% for me. The purchasing price is $22,500 per gallon, but I used to bill my organization $46,700 per gallon; meaning we would be making a profit of $24,500 per gallon.

 

Why I don't want the company to have direct contact of the local dealer is that, I don't want the company to know the actual price i was buying the product and get to know about my profit margin.
