MY 45th OPEN MESSAGE TO ALL PEOPLE OF GOOD WILL

The ongoing zionist Gestapo torture of my daughter, of my son and of myself continues unabated here in Australia, and with it the betrayal of the three of us to the zionist enemy by the Palestinians.

There has not been any response from any of the Palestinians to our torture, nor to my over one year of calls for protests against these terrorist zionist tortures.

As victims of the zionist Gestapo's ongoing torture, myself and my children have expected solidarity protest by Palestinians as a matter of course, as an almost automatic response from them, and there are good and logical reasons ,of course, for these expectations.

Firstly, as the clandestine arm of the zionist apartheid regime of Israel, the zionist Gestapo has been the notorious arch enemy of the Palestinians too ,of course, many thousands of whom have been victims of its systematic torture when detained as political prisoners. Secondly, the zionist Gestapo has been using this ongoing torture to "punish" me for my strong support for the Palestinian cause, and for my activities as an anti-zionist peace activist in Australia during more than 40 years. Therefore, expectation of solidarity protest by Palestinians in our support is the only sound logical conclusion . Thirdly, if the zionist Gestapo is allowed to torture the three of us till death then nothing would stop similar atrocities to be inflicted by the zionist torturers on other strong supporters of the Palestinian cause, in Australia and elsewhere.

Alas, my expectations of Palestinian solidarity protests vanished when faced with the reality of Raji Sourani and his Palestinian cronies' betrayal of the three of us to the zionist enemy. In doing so he and his cronies have betrayed their own people too, as their treachery would lead to a chain of disasters for the Palestinians in occupied Palestine and for their cause too.

The very fact that the three of us have been tortured (till death !) by the zionist Gestapo places a burden of solidarity on the Palestinians, a moral obligation which should be equal to the solidarity I have shown to them over the past 45 years ! Yet they betray us to the zionist enemy without even giving any reason for this betrayal .

These treacherous Palestinian leaders are traitors to their own people ,obviously, because their betrayal is detrimental to the Palestinian cause too ! No Palestinian can help the zionist Gestapo torture a strong supporter of the Palestinian cause without becoming a collaborator with the zionist enemy, and a traitor to his own people !

With every passing day of Palestinian betrayal of my daughter, of my son and of myself to the zionist Gestapo; and with every passing day of the zionist Gestapo's ongoing deadly torture of us; and with every passing day of treachery by Raji Sourani and his Palestinian cronies the Palestinian cause is diminished, the international solidarity with it is shrinking, and the Palestinian self inflicted disasters would multiply.

I therefore ask again every reader to send immediately protest messages to the following email addresses, and with a copy to my email address (ben.merhav@gmail.com or benjaminmerhav@hotmail.com ).

1. to the Australian government (email r.mcclelland.mp@aph.gov.au
kevin.rudd@aph.gov.au ) a message along the following lines :

" I protest the continuous torture of the Australian citizen Benjamin Merhav by sleep deprivation and his daughter and son by psychiatric torture in Melbourne, Australia.

This torture is perpetrated against Benjamin Merhav directly by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo), and indirectly by the same culprit against Benjamin's daughter and son.

I demand that the Australian government instruct ASIO to protect these Australian citizens, and stop these terrorist crimes by a foreign government on Australian soil immediately !"

2. to ICJ-Australia and ICJ Secretariat (email president@icj-aust.org.au,chair@icj-aust.org.au,sec-gen@icj-aust.org.au,
info@icj.dk,info@icj.org ) a message along the following lines :

"I protest your refusal to investigate Benjamin Merhav's complaint against the Australian government's approval of ASIO's violation of the rule of law in Australia, regarding the continuous torture in Melbourne of himself, his daughter and his son , all Australian citizens, by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo).

I demand your immediate intervention to protect these Australian citizens, to stop the perpetration of these terrorist crimes In Australia, and to end these violation of the rule of law by the Australian government in Australia."

3. to the PCHR and to all the Palestinian leaders in occupied Palestine ( email english@palestine-info.co.uk ;
pchr@pchrgaza.org ) message along the following
lines :

"I protest the betrayal of Benjamin Merhav by Raji Sourani to the zionist Gestapo's torture. I demand Sourani's replacement on the ICJ and on FIDH with a honest Palestinian patriot who would initiate protest action against the torture of Benjamin Merhav, his daughter, and his son by the zionist Gestapo in Australia.

I demand that the Palestinian leaders encourage Palestinians and their supporters to protest this ongoing terrorist torture by the zionist Gestapo, and to demand that it should stop immediately."
