[bangla-vision] FW: Canadian poll on 14th "Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon (Machaki) of CANADA RESPONDS" & "Dr Sekhon on Manmohan Sinh's Birthday wishes; does

Chairman, Akali Dal Amritsar Dal Amritsar
PUNJAB (under the occupation of the Brahmins autocracy/Zamhooriat/Zulamhooriat or
The ‘Democracy of Propaganda, Deceits or a Bottle of Country Liquor and Fraud’ alias the alleged Indian democracy)

Those who present ‘Birthday wishes’ to Manmohan Sinh, Chief, Council of Ministers, the New Delhi administration, of the Brahmins autocracy/Zamhooriat/Zulamhooriat, should ‘never’ overlook his lies at the World Commission U N Human Rights, Vienna, AUSTRIA, 14-25th June, 1993:

Manmohan Sinh (Chief, Council of Ministers, Brahmins autocracy alias the alleged Indian democracy): His Lies (Statement) before the U N Commission of Human Rights, Vienna, AUSTRIA, 14-25th June, 1993; "Manmohan Singh, the present Chief, Council of Ministers, India [never elected to the parliament, as a ‘Member of Parliament’ from any electoral constituency of the alleged Indian democracy. Is it not the rape of democracy/Zamhooriat/Zulamhooriat?, questions Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon (Machaki) of CANADA)]. Sinh supposed to be an honest and clean person delivered his state address before the “World Conference on Human Rights Delegates in Vienna, Austria, on 24th June (14 to 25th June), 1993. He, then Finance Minister of the PV Rao administration, said that “he being Sikh finds no abuses of Human Rights of Sikhs much less any minorities in India.” Another person. Shahabuddin, Manmohan Sinh’s colleague of the Islamic faith, said the same of Muslims of India. Abuses of Human Rights in the Sikhs’ holy and historic Homeland, Punjab, Khalistan (under the Brahmins or elites’ autocracy’s occupation), have been taking place, since 15th August, 1947. Manmohan Sinh’s statement was ‘refuted’ in the strongest possible words by the human rights and peace loving citizens (delegates) of North America and elsewhere."

Shame on those who present him (Manmohan Sinh) Birthday wishes. Like Manmohan Sinh, they are also, like the PUNJABI alpha producers of the Asian Television Network (Monitored in North America), guilty like their beloved Manmohan Sinh.

Your brother,

Piare Sardar Mann,

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa,
Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

I do agree with you as far as most of your points raised relating to the Sikhs of Punjab (under Brahmins Zulamhooriat), but I would strongly disagree with you, with due respect., when the Canadian Sikhs’ elected representatives or members of parliaments are concerned. My disagreement with you on our Canadian politics is:

1. All Sikh members are elected on their affiliations to the political parties of Canada. Canada is a country based on the ‘just society’ notion as provided by one of the former prime ministers of Canada, The Right Honourable Pierre Elliott Trudeau. The prime minister who gave us the Canadian Charter of Rights, Just-society and rights of freedom of ‘Speech, expression and Justice’ will be remembered in the ‘golden pages’ of the Canadian History.

2. Our Canadian members of parliaments (MPs) are the true representatives and the voice of the people who elected them. As such, they command tremendous respect from their electorates.

3. The Sikh and non-Sikh representatives of the Canadian people, by and large, belong to the Liberal Party of Canada and Conservative Party of Canada. Being elected by the followers of their respective political parties, they have to follow their party leaders and party lines. There have been a exception or two, or maybe more, when Mr Wajid Khan and Mr Emerson, both elected on the tickets of the Liberal Party of Canada, crossed the floor and were attracted by the Conservative party under the leadership of Hon Stephen Harper. This is a political game and I am sure you will try to understand it, because you are the former member of parliament alias Lok Sabha or lower house of the Brahmins autocracy.

Sardar Mann, you were not allowed to enter the Brahmins autocracy’s parliament or Lok Sabha, because you were not allowed to enter the Security of the Brahmins autocracy’s Lok Sabha with your religious symbol of ‘Kirpaan’; whereas, please correct me if I am wrong, the House Speaker of the Canadian Parliament or House of Commons ‘welcomed’ you with your sword and Kirpan. The speaker had a long conversation with you. While you were on your visit to North America, the Security personnel of the House of Representatives of the United States, Washington DC, did not permit you to enter the House with your sword. This is the ‘Difference between the Canadian system of Democracy and of the United States of America.

Regarding the case of the ill-fated Air India Flight 182 (Toronto-Montreal-London-Delhi/Bombay), which took off on 23rd June, 1984, from Toronto, ON, and exploded off the west coast of Ireland (Cork), the heinous crime committed in the Aviation History of Canada, was the creation of the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), RAW’s master, the New Delhi administration (NDA) of Rajiv Gandhi, NDA’s foreign missions, especially in the High Commission of India, Ottawa, Indian Consulates in Vancouver BC and Toronto, ON. I would not like to discuss this issue for this time, as I have written enough, informed my Canadian Government and the international news media. Additionally, Professor of Sikhism, Sirdar Gurtej Singh, IAS & IPS (formerly), and Dr Gurmit Singh Aulakh, President, Council of Khalistan, Washington DC, USA, have written enough. Dr Aulakh prepared before Honourable Mr Justice Major’s commission, on behalf of the North American Sikhs and the Sikhs at large world wide. Further, these three discussed the Air India explosion of June, 1985, in the 8th Session United Nations Human Rights Council, Geneva, SWITZERLAND, on 10th and 12th June, 2008, and informed the international delegates on the intentions of the Brahmins autocracy/Zulamhooriat alias the alleged Indian democracy, its treatment with the Sikhs in Punjab, India and outside India, along with India’s sole purpose to ‘Brand the Sikhs Terrorists’. However, the Indian administrations (JL Nehru to Manmohan Sinh) have not succeeded in their goals and aims (International Journal of Sikh Affairs Vol 18, No. 1, June Issue, 2008 ISSN 1481-5435;lisa Journal 2008 from U K).

What you may not be knowing, Sardar Mann and more than 99% population of the world, that “another destruction plot to hatch a ‘Subversive Activity by the RAW, RAW’s master, India, Canada, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, United States of America and two Sikhs (no one knows who they belonged to and/or they were the Hindus/Dastaardhari Hindus in The Sikh Identity), to ‘explode another Air India plane’ failed badly’. Please see The Betrayal: The Spy Canada Abandoned by Hon David Kilgour (Formerly Speaker of the House and Secretary of State for Pacific and Asia) in 1994 ISBN 0-13-325697-9 pp 129-163; The Sikhs: Past and Present Vol 7, June 1997 pp32-39 ISSN 0803 5350; International Journal of Sikh Affairs Vol 18, No. 1, June Issue, 2008 ISSN 1481-5435; Subversive Activities of the Research and Analysis Wing and RAW’s master, Indian administration. 9th Session United Nations Human Rights Council, Geneva, Switzerland, in “Briefing On the South Asian Nations (Existing and the Nations Struggling to Regain Their Sovereignty), 17th June, 2008, Room E-3025, under the Chairmanship of Dr Charles Graves, Secretary General, Interfaith International. Also, on 12th June, 2008, President Usman Khalid, London Institute of South Asia, as co-chairman of the session on the Sikhs, expressed his heart-felt views on the situation of Sikhs in South Asia.

Sardar Mann, Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon (Machaki) of Canada, Dr Gurmit Singh Aulakh, President, Council of Khalistan, Washington DC, USA and Sirdar Gurtej Singh, IAS & IPS (formerly), Professor of Sikhism have the only three Sikhs, who exposed India, its RAW and India’s Foreign missions personnel on their “Subversive Activities” against the Sikhs living in India or outside India. Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon further stated in the sessions of the United Nations Human Rights Council that the Indian personnel have infiltrated Sikhs’ Gurdwaras or Houses of God and the Sikhs would like to see the end of Indian administration and its intelligence personnel’s activities. Before Dr Sekhon, Dr Aulakh, Sirdar Gurtej Singh and a few from the United Kingdom, especially Sardar Ranjit Singh, no Sikh MLA, MP or a Dastaardhari/turbaned Hindu in The Sikh Identity had ‘spine’ to denounce the Indian activities and inform the international community of Nations (UNO).

With regard to the Canadian law-makers, Sikhs or non-Sikhs alike, with the exception of the Honourable David W. Kilgour, can discuss the Sikh issues from the Sikhs’ point of view, at large, and the point of views of the Sikh Nation, Punjab, Khalistan. The international news media is highly shying to take up the Sikh Cause, i. e., “Sovereignty Struggle of Sikhs To Regain Their Independence and Political Power by peaceful means, which has been going on since 14th March, 1849, without interruption.”

Would you care to take up the case of the “Sikhs’ Struggle for Sovereignty, Independence and Political Power by peaceful means,” Sardar Mann. We, the Sikhs, need honest and sincere commitment. Enough bloodshed has taken place simply for the ‘Just Rights, Fulfillment of the Broken promises and Demand of Justice, since 15th August, 1947.” Just think of this, Sardar Mann.

Should you have any questions, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Best wishes and warmest regards.

Looking Ahead to the Canadian poll on 14th October 2008

Canadians go to the polls on 14th October this fall. Like India Canada it has a 2% Sikh population, robust, virile and fiercely democratic. But unlike India, Canada has a tradition of holding a free, fair and transparent election, one of the best in the world. Also unlike the Sikh Indian the Sikh Canadian is more educated, more aware of his rights than his counterpart in India. Besides this I have seen that the Sikh Canadian is more out-spoken, frank and without mincing words can call a spade a spade. The Sikh Indian on the other hand is scared, timid and looks behind his shoulder before he talks and restricts his words on the telephone, speaking vaguely and never coming to the print. This is because since 1849 when the British annexed the Lahore Darbar we have been a people ruled by an alien power. In 1947 from the frying pan we landed into the fire. We exchanged British rule for a theocratic Hindu sovereignty. No Sikh in India who is committed to liberation and aspires to have his own nation will have his diaries and personal papers in one place. Therefore we do not have our manueripts for fear of police or army raids, which if found would land us in cases of sedition etc. I have had my properties raided time out of number. Even Amarinder Singh as Chief Minister did not spare me and Parkash Singh Badal has had me put in a dungeon for three months in the hottest and sultry months of the Panjab summer, May, June, July and August.
We here in India are therefore naturally scared and utter every word before we think and weigh the consequences. But this is not true of the Sikh Canadian who enjoys complete and total freedom and like an Englishman his house and home is his castle. It’s not in India alone that a nationality like the Sikh’s wants to secede from Hindu tyranny and Hindu theocracy. In Canada the French Canadians want to secede but the civilized Canadians do not shut them in prison, torture and kill anyone in extra judicial murders.
But when it comes to voting the Sikh Canadian shows the same symptoms of sickness and lack of responsibility as his counterpart and kinsman in India. He shows his rustic instincts back home of voting on narrow, petty issues rather than national issues like what the French Canadian voter would vote for. The Sikh Canadian though totally free economically, will always keep in mind how his vote would effect his position back home in India. Since the Badalites or the Congress under Amrinder Singh, or even now the BJP would be in power in Panjab, this criteria to have a petty influence back home, rather than the Sikh national issue will always influence his voting pattern. Therefore the Badals, the Indian High Commission, its subsidiaries in Vancouver and Toronto, the BJP and the Congress intend to influence the Sikh Canadian voter. He has not yet broken his umbilical cord from India, unfortunately. Indian intelligence agencies dole out money for elections to candidates who toe the Indian line.
As they say in the West what government the people deserve they get and so it happens with the Sikh Canadian and the Member of Parliament he elects - rather selects through primitive influences imbibed from back home.
The Sikh Canadian Member of Parliament like our Sikh Member of Parliament in India will not open his mouth. Mum is the sworn oath he or she takes in the House of Parliament either in Delhi or Ottawa.
The Sikh Canadian M.P has never spoken a word in Ottawa on the Kanishka tragedy or appeared before the John Major Commission to state that this abominable and cruel act, though publicised by the Indian state was never the handiwork of the Sikh mind, which is positive and never diabolic. Why did not any of them ever point out that it were the Indian diplomats posted in Canada who cancelled their seats in the ill-fated flight at the eleventh hour? So where does the needle of suspicion point?
Why did not they point out that the Canadian government suspicious of these Indian diplomat scalawags tapped their telephones by their Security-Service and R.C.M.P and why did the otherwise placid Canadian state take the unprecedented steps to expel Indian diplomats? Obviously they were stirring trouble in Canada on the orders of Rajiv Gandhi and his government to paint the Sikh’s in bad light, for the reason that the world was shocked at Indira Gandhi’s army entering the Darbar Sahib and killing thousands of innocent Sikhs, their women and children in cold blood. Then Rajiv Gandhi passed the 59th Amendment Bill in parliament whereby a Sikh killed by the state “without the procedure laid down by law” (Article 21 of the Indian Constitution) become legal tender. Nazi Germany killed six million Jew’s through an executive fiat but here is India which passed legislation in parliament to commit the crime of genocide.
And why the John Major Commission does not want to examine the RAW files and documents of the Indian Union House Ministry, the Indian Prime Minister office files and the Cabinet Secretary under whose tutelage all these are run? Have any Sikh Canadian M.P.’s put these questions to their government in parliament? Only then can the truth surface about the Air India Kanishka flight.
Then why did not any Sikh Canadian M.P. ever raise the question of the Canadian Atomic Reactor given in good faith to India and on specific conditions that it would be used for peaceful purposes? In breach of this commitment India stole the technology and platanium to blast a nuclear device in 1974. And why therefore should the I.A.E.A. and N.S.G. approve the Indo-American 123 Agreement? Does this not spell doom for South Asia and humanity in general? No Sikh Canadian or Sikh Indian M.P. has ever raised this question The Sikh Homeland is wedged between two implacable nuclear enemies- Hindu Indian and Islamic Pakistan. The Sikhs as a race would be totally and completely wiped out from the face of the earth if these two nuclear armed civilizations confront one another militarily.
Then have any Sikh Canadian M.P.’s visited the homes and families of Canadian military personnel who have fallen for democracy and upkeep of human rights in Afghanistan? Are not these Sikh values? Especially when it was only during Sikh rule from 1799 to 1839 that Afghanistan and Pakistan’s Pakhtoon territories in the tribal area were kept in absolute peace, secular with a modicule of democratic order? I think forces operating in Afghanistan should study Sikh rule in these areas instead of going hammer and tongs on a wild goose chase.
Then what about Rwanda? The sacrifices of the Canadian military forces to stop the crime of genocide. Has any Sikh Canadian M.P. met these valiant and humanitarian armed forces personnel who stopped this atrocious crime especially since the Sikh’s in India have suffered from the same unspeakable crime of genocide? Whose caught these honorable gentlemen’s tongue in Ottawa? Did not the Sikh Gurus lay down their lives for human rights and humanity just as the Canadian Armed forces have done in Rwanda and Afghanistan?
Our party the Shiromani Akali Dal ( Amritsar ) does not expect Sikh Canadian M.P.’s to go overboard to ask for a greater immigration quota for Sikhs to Canada or more visas for Sikhs to travel to Canada, but we certainly expect them to raise humantarian questions and expose injustices such as the Kanishka tragedy brought to show the Sikh’s in bad light by Rajiv Gandhi to justify his mother Indira Gandhi’s unforgivable demolition of the Darbar Sahib and the subsequent genocide of the Sikh race by his mother and himself.
And have the Sikh Canadian M.P.’s ever had a word of praise for the independent and transparent Canadian judicial system and how it did not succumb to the wild and irresponsible propaganda of the Indian state in painting the Sikh Canadians in poor light in Kanishka’s inexcusable fatal descent into the Irish Sea?
Our party does not expect the Sikh Canadian M.P. to concentrate on Sikh matters but we do expect that they will rise to the occasion as their Anglo Saxon M.P.’s rise to the call when their race faces the danger as it did in World War I and II in which Sikhs were equal partners or when the French Canadian pricks up his ears when President Gaulle utter’s the phrase “vive le France” on Canadian soil. But all three races our party advocates must live, work and sacrifice for Canada.
Will the Sikh Canadian race listen and will those elected to Ottawa amongst Sikh Canadians fulfil the dreams of Shiromani Akali Dal ( Amritsar ) As a last advise to the Sikh Canadian it would be better to vote for an Anglo Saxon or French Canadian than a Sikh Canadian who is financed by the Indian High Commission in Ottawa. That I’m sure any Sikh Canadian will have the intelligence to discern. Vote for Canada not India.
