Condemn the attack on Christians by Sangh Gang in
The Indian state of Orissa, demand to close the hindutva terrorists training camps
Civil liberties monitoring committee strongly condemns the attack on hapless Christians in number of cities of Indian state at Orissa. This committee expresses its grief and sorrow towards burning and demolition of many houses, churches, orphanages and Christian properties and even public properties also. The Hindutva terrorists already killed more than 50 Christians and hundreds of people injured.
It is always seen from the past that whenever a bandh call is given by, Hindutva forces a large-scale violence occurred. The Gujarat genocide of 2002 is now repeated in Orissa. In Gujarat the victims were Muslims and now in Orissa the targets are Christians, but the criminals remain the same i.e. Sangh Gang (RSS, VHP, Bajrang dal, Hinduvahini) whose track record is to kill and burn human beings alive. The just example is Graham Staines in Orissa and Ahsan Jafri in Gujarat. These forces are satisfied only by burning people alive and it is their hobby.
It is a matter of shame for whole civil society that schools, orphanages, and churches have been attacked, damaged and vandalized. Pastors killed, Nuns raped and set ablaze. People have run away from their homes in fear of getting killed.
The perpetrators of this violence are trained by the Sangh Gangs at various training camps situated in different forests of different states and particularly in BJP ruling states. When we go through these incidents all over the country it comes out very clearly that each and every violence is the mastermind of Sangh Gangs under the supervision of state governments and their agencies. As per its routine, the central government led by the congress party is silent. This is the great conspiracy of congress government in keeping silence, which is inspiring and helping the perpetrators to attack minorities in different parts of the country, which shows clearly that the Congress party has soft corner towards the Hindutva ideology.
From the period of Babri Masjid demolition in 1992 to Gujarat genocide in 2002 and now in 2008, the Orissa massacre, all these Hindutva terrorist acts are pre-planned and well organized. This shows clearly that they are been continuously trained in Hindutva terrorists camps to attack, kill and burn minority communities to fulfill the ideology of secret agenda under which they want to change the secular state into Hindutva state.
As per the information received from different sources, the Sangh gangs running training camps where they are giving training to anti-social elements in the guise of Swamis€ ’² to create havoc in the society. The swami killed in Orissa is an example of such element. To gain power, money and hold in the areas, these elements get into enmity among themselves and get killed by each other, and to hide these facts, the Hindutva gangs point out towards other communities, which lead to violence.
This committee believes that Intelligence Bureau has the knowledge of all the facts, but do not take any action and even do not report the facts and it has become a wing of RSS. This bias attitude leads to the destruction of the society and it is a great threat to the national security, not from others, but from its own agency.
This committee also believes that the state and central government has completely failed to protect the rights of the religious minorities and instead are safeguarding the interest of Sangh gangs. The basic fundamental right, the right to life with human dignity is curbed by the state and its sponsored agencies.
It is a matter of grave concern that, when the suffering people are resisting the Hindutva terrorism, the government and its agencies in turn are labeling them as terrorists. In fact they are the victims of Hindutva terrorism and its hidden agenda.
We are giving a call to the people of secular India, to protect their tradition and culture of secularism and tolerance and untidily come forward to save the minorities and save the India and end the impunity-taking place in different parts of the country and to combat the hindutva terrorism.
Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee expresses its sympathy and solidarity towards the families of the victims by giving a call to resist the Hindutva gangs to protect their life and liberty. This is the high time for the Christian community leaders to raise their voice against impunity and protect their community.
This committee demands
Provide the security to the Christian community and arrest the hindutva terrorists to maintain rule of law.
Close the Hindutva terrorist training camps located in different parts of India.
Form the special act for religious minorities to protect tier life and liberty.
Form the high level committee consisting of Rtd Judges, permanent lawyers and human rights activists to check and report on the atrocities to avoid theses type incidents in future to occur
This committee also appeals to the national and international community to pressurize the Indian govt to act now to control the hindutva terrorism and fulfill the constitutional duty protect the life and liberty of minorities. And send their memorandum to the following
