Kosi River Floods

In Bihar, the rescue effort is wound down, the focus has changed to relief and rehabilitation. India Water Portal's sub-site for the Bihar floods is http://www.indiawaterportal.org/bihar :

"Water - Safe, sustainable and for all" was a design competition organised by India Water Portal and Arghyam for getting architecture and design students to think about water issues.
