False Defense of Pragya Singh by L.K. Advani

False Defense of Pragya Singh by L.K. Advani

Vishnu Bhai,
Do you know that L.K. Advani had a childhood Sadhvi who became Chief Minister who didn’t considered herself less capable to replace L.K. Advani as home minister or Deputy Prime Minister? Pragya Thakur was hard core activist for over two decades and adopted saintly attire months after Malegaon Blasts. Her speeches were no less venomous and provocative even in Sadhvi attire.

She didn’t deny her association with all other Co-accused and her past political associates even after her fake renunciation of “Material World”..

In the above Rajdeep Sardesai managed news channel had described “The Anti-Terrorism Squad of the Maharashtra Police has found a video which shows Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, self-styled spiritual guru Dayanand Pandey and Sameer Kulkarni, leader of radical Hindu group, together on stage. All the three are currently under arrest and in judicial custody in connection with the blast.”

Former Deputy Prime Minister & Home Minister SHAMELESSLY didn’t regret TOTURE of scores of Innocent by law enforcement in Malegaon Blasts for two years when defending Pragya Thakur the mastermind.

Mr. Vishnu, name just one person of eminence like Naresh Trehan or Naryan Murthy who has been inducted in BJP under Advani – there are hundreds of bogus religious preachers or mediocre or fanatics gaining in influence in BJP.

You have foolishly tried to connect my comments of Rahul Gandhi regarding accepting the blunder and politics surrounding it and his desire to introduce genuine democracy within Congress and India and its comparison with dirty minded politics of Advani.

I rank your beloved leader that you admire more than your parents and even God (Lord Krishna) has Class Four rank caliber. I am introducing to you few newspaper clippings over last 2-3 days from his home constituency edition that will prove he was total failure as home minister.

Advani (Law Graduate) asked Manmohan Singh to read the affidavit. My comments of Pragya Singh affidavit is detailed in next message.

Did L.K. Advani read such an affidavit for the first time? Then why he didn’t react to inhuman torture going on for five decades and banned torture during his six years tenure – over a million were tortured in Punjab alone- 99.99% of them were absolutely innocent having no connection with any “Disruptive” organization.

He actually made laws that didn’t entitle an a suspect to seek any judicial remedy for years under POTA.

This “D” grade politician couldn’t streamline Penal Code to ensure rioters damaging public property and indulging in arson and loot in police presence could be shot down by any police officer or any licensed weapon holder and video graph the event for prosecution. 22 accused in 2002 were acquitted for no one dared to depose against the RIOTERS and none of the rioters and murders were charged under POTA.

Actually police provided protection to rioters.

But all the accused at Godhra Train case were charged under POTA were all Muslim when train carried 2200 well trained and armed Sewaks – It would be derogatory to attach “Ram” with religious group that couldn’t protect the train and ran away.

There is big Credibility Gap between what he says in different cases.

Pawar criticises Advani for comment on sadhvi’s ‘torture’
November 21st, 2008 - 8:26 pm ICT by IANS

Jalgaon (Maharashtra) , Nov 21 (IANS) Nationalist Congress Party president Sharad Pawar Friday disapproved of Bharatiya Janata Party leader Lal Krishna Advani’s attack on the Maharashtra police Anti Terrorism Squad for allegedly torturing Malegaon blast accused Sadhvi Pragnya Thakur in custody.”He (Advani) is a former prime minister and home minister of the country and should have known it is imprudent to criticize an investigating agency or comment on the course of an investigation when it is underway,” Pawar told reporters here.

Advani Tuesday expressed “anguish” over what he called the “barbaric treatment” to the sadhvi in the “illegal custody” of the ATS, and accused the investigating agency of acting in “a politically motivated and unprofessional manner”.

Advani also demanded a change in the ATS team and a high-level probe into the manner of the investigations of a serving army officer.

Reacting to Advani’s outbursts, Pawar said, the BJP leader had thus far refrained from making any statement “and it was good, but then…he spoke out of turn”.
Pawar’s criticism of Advani comes a day after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh called up the BJP leader to say he should not have made the comment on the basis of a version (of Sadhvi’s “torture”) coming from one of the accused when the probe was ongoing.

Advani reportedly shot back at Manmohan Singh with, “You should read the affidavit (made by the sadhvi giving details of her torture) first”.

Post-Godhra riots case: 22 acquitted

TIMES NEWS NETWORK November22, 2008 P-5

Ahmedabad: Twenty-two persons were acquitted on Friday in a post-Godhra riots case by a city sessions court, after six Muslim witnesses didn’t support the case.

A complaint was lodged with Madhupura police station in connection with incidents of arsoning and loot by an alleged Hindu mob at Mai Fatehshah’s chawl in Shahpur on February 28, 2002. Though the complainant didn’t give name of any of the accused, police investigated the case and filed charge sheets against more than 10 persons.

When the case came up for hearing in the sessions court, the complainant hired an advocate and moved an application under Section 156(3) of CrPC demanding further investigation. The court ordered police to do so, and 22 were booked for the offence, the police also named six persons as witnesses.

However, after over 100 adjournments in court hearing during more than six years, these six witnesses didn’t turn up before the court. Additional principal sessions judge, PB Desai who was hearing the case observed that the complainant as well as the witnesses didn’t seem interested in the prosecution of accused, and acquitted them.

Are blasts outcome of single conspiracy?

TIMES NEWS NETWORK November22, 2008 P-5

Ahmedabad: Even after filing two similar chargesheets in the Civil Hospital and the LG Hospital blast cases, the prosecution and the city crime branch have been maintaining that the July 26 bombing was not the outcome of a single conspiracy and motive.

On Friday, special public prosecutor JM Panchal maintained before the court that it would be premature to conclude that the serial blasts in the city was actually “a single transaction”. Rebutting the defence advocates’ constant argument that all blasts in the city should be treated as a single offence, Panchal stated that the picture would become clear only after filing of chargesheets in all 18 FIRs.

Meanwhile, the two chargesheets filed by police till date have glaring similarities. All the accused in both the cases are same, so are all absconders. Moreover, the 19 secret witnesses in both the cases are same, and their code names too are similar. The roles of accused defined in both the chargesheets are same.

The issue whether the serial blasts was a single transaction emerged once again in court when the crime branch sought further remand of five suspects who have been brought from Delhi. A defence lawyer argued that their roles have been delineated in two chargesheets already filed.

However, the designated magistrate GM Patel granted 10 days remand for Zeesan Ahmed, Zia-ur-Rehman, Mohammed Saif, Saqib Nisar and Mohammed Shakeel.

Modasa bomb: A Hindu-Muslim JV

Guj Cops Sitting On Intel Input

Prashant Dayal | TNN November21, 2008 P-1

Ahmedabad: A Hindu youth of Naroda in Ahmedabad, whose identity was known to the police, designed the bomb that exploded in Modasa in north Gujarat on September 29, the same day a bomb went off in Malegaon! But the person who planted the bomb was a Muslim.

This intelligence input on the Hindu-Muslim joint venture (JV) was received by Gujarat police in mid-October but it did not result in any arrest, despite the bomb-maker having been identified by name in the report. Even though the toll was six in Malegaon and only one in Modasa, the plots look strikingly similar.

Lt Col Shrikant Purohit’s confessions during narco analysis in Bangalore FSL speak about a similar engagement between Hindu extremists and Muslim foot soldiers in the execution of Malegaon blast. Purohit found Muslim boys not only to make the bombs but also to plant them near SIMI office in Malegaon.

Police sources in Gandhinagar said state intelligence had tipped off Gujarat police about the main suspect who stays in Naroda who was the maker of the bomb that was planted on a motorbike. But, the state police have done nothing to track down the suspect. While the Mumbai ATS claims to have cracked Malegaon blasts with the arrest of a number of persons, including Sadhvi Pragya Thakur Singh and Purohit, there is a feeling that the Gujarat police are reluctant to follow the available leads which point in a similar direction.

Sabarkantha police, who are supposed to be investigating the case, have not even managed to question the accused nabbed in Malegaon blast. The intelligence report also specifies the reason behind the Modasa blast: that Modasa was always a SIMI stronghold, the strongest one perhaps in Gujarat.

MCOCA slapped on Malegaon blast accused:

The anti-terrorism squad (ATS) on Thursday invoked stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against the suspects of Malegaon blast.. The case, being heard by a Nashik chief judicial magistrate, will be transferred to a special MCOCA court in Mumbai. The 10 persons arrested in Malegaon case will now find it difficult to get bail before six months. Moreover, under this Act, a statement given before an officer of the rank of a deputy commissioner will be treated as evidence. The Act also gives the ATS an additional three months to file the chargesheet
