Advani for fast track courts to try politicians
Expressing concern at "growing corruption in politics" in the wake of the cashfor-votes scam, senior BJP leader L K Advani on Saturday suggested that fast-track courts could be established to try corruption cases against politicians and civil servants.

Respected Sir,
In the above writ petition I have brought out a case of Corrupt Addl Commissioner of Police Traffic, receiving about Rs 3 crores EVERY MONTH from an adverising company. Justice Shri Bilal Nazki was hearing the petition and was very eager to end the corrupt practice till summer vacation of 08. Inexplicably over 9 hearings, he refused to allow me to argue further after the summer vacation,
Thereafter on 11th September 2008, he s to pped me from arguing further and appointed Addl. At to rney General as Amicus Curie and kept the next hearing as 11th March 2009, thereby ensuring that the Police continue to receive Rs 3 crores as bribe EVERY MONTH for the next 6 months atleast.
The absurd order that he has passed on 11th September 2008 has deliberately not been uploaded on the High court Intranet TILL TODAY. I have applied for a certifed copy on 16th Oc to ber 2008, but the certified copy is till to day not provided to me. Last I checked 2 hours ago at the high Court office.
In the absence of the High Court order, I am unable to work out my future course of action of appealing to the Supreme Court.
The above facts clearly indicate, that Justice Shri Bilal Nazki, is working hand in glove with the corrupt police.
