We are in the midst of a build up to war with Iran and FEMA and the National Security Council, Homeland Security, The Pentagon, and private contractors such as Kellog Brown and Root now possess emergency powers that overide the authority of Congress.
In the event of any "national crisis or emergency" The president will declare a state of emergency, and Congress cannot stop or revoke it for a minimum of 6 months.
It only takes 5 minutes to realize just how much of our supposedly God given right have been stripped away by pResident Bush under the guise of "executive Orders" and "concern for National Security.
